My TriNet did not work without terrible drop-outs and noises, and even disconnections with customers!.I was a TriNet affiliate and had 2 other companies that relied on phone service. I tried 2 high speed internet services when 'GIC's so called support told me it was the connection. It wasn"t, I had the lines checked all the way to the TriNet from Denver to my phone in MT! Plus, if you suspect your TriNet is malfunctioning they offer no temporary replacement until they ascertain your TriNet is OK or not. So, while you send your TriNet back (with just a 1 year warranty) and they either send a new TriNet or fix your TriNet- your phone service is crippled. It could be weeks. You would be forced to re -up with a local phone company -including set-up fees. I do not recommend GIConnect. I was verbally told they would overnight a TriNet to you in case of such a situation. -They will not. Do not depend on anything verbally told you about this product! They have too many loose ends.
